CrossFit & Added Extras
Our CrossFit classes have 3 levels of programming that is aimed to suit everyone! CrossFit is 60 minutes of strength, skill, interval training & FUN! Plus if you’re looking to complete some extra work in gymnastics, weightlifting or cardio, then our added extras are for you! A daily program that is available to complete after your CrossFit session.
Personal Coaching & Specialised Programming
Are you looking for some extra guidance or 1:1 support? Then our Personal Coaching is for you! 30, 45 or 60 minute 1:1 sessions with a coach of your choice! If you have the basics covered and you think you are ready to level up and take on a specialised program designed just for you, then our coaches have you covered. Whether it be to up skill, rehab an injury or sport specific training – we can program to your needs.
