The fella behind the daily white board punish! Jon is responsible for the pain you suffer each session with his gain train strength sessions and spicy WOD’s.

With 10 years of experience in the fitness industry, he has developed an impeccable eye for detail when it comes to form & technique. Jon has a passion for helping you move better in everyday life, for avoiding injury with correct training & he enjoys seeing the rewards of strength training.

“My why is that Arete is always removing the barriers people place on both themselves and their fitness capabilities. Arete allows us all to do that everyday and have enjoyment while we do it. A stress free environment for people to come and train, push themselves and reap the rewards of their hard work. We continue to get the best out of people and often more than they thought they were capable of.”

– Strength & Conditioning Level 1
